A beautiful one bedroom first floor apartment with lovely views onto Dame Street, one of the premium streets in Dubllin.
This is a beautiful and cosy space to use as a base to discover all Dublin’s main attractions which are all within walking distance of the apartment. It is the perfect base camp to have for a short city break.
The property itself is more than three centuries old, and the apartment has been newly refurbished. The old building has its quirks, and is rather slender with narrow steep stairs. However it is in a prime City Centre location and has without question an unbeatable view towards the prestigious Dame Street.
The compact apartment consists of a very comfortable double bedroom with a standard double bed (4ft 6” bed) dressed with hotel standard linens. There is a cosy sitting room with a three-seater couch/sofa bed, and the apartment has plush carpets throughout. There is a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen with a mini fridge, a hob, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine.
There is also the possibility of accommodating a third adult in the living room on the brand new sofa bed.
We provide all the essentials you need for a relaxing trip: coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel, towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing up liquid and clothes drying rack. In short it’s YOUR home away from home!!
The house is in an amazing location. Dublin got its name from “Dubh” meaning black and “Linn” meaning pool (in Irish) which is named after the black river poddle. Interestingly this river Poddle is now concealed and runs right under our street, which used to be the river that transported goods to Dublin Castle.
Our location could not be more convenient! From the large windows in the sitting room you can see Dublin Castle pedestrian gate and the cute little French cafe perched at the entrance gates. One street behind us is the famous Temple Bar where the craic is mighty! (Great fun). Standing at our front door you can see Trinity College to your right and Christ Church Cathedral to your left.
Although our property is on the edge of the Temple Bar district we also have the added advantage of not being in the craziness of Temple Bar main street itself, so you can sleep in the standard double bedroom tucked away to the rear of the property.
On occasion the Olympia Theatre which is nearby, can host great acts like Emelie Sandé, Rod Stuart or great Broadway shows, tickets book out fast so do check out what’s on Olympia Dublin before arrival to avoid disappointment. Don’t worry that we are so close to the theatre background music may only be heard on very odd gigs but this finishes at 11pm sharp. Absorb the atmosphere of this incredible city as you stroll around the historical streets with local musicians busking out tunes & a friendly welcome awaits you in each cafe & bar!

Really excellent spot. You couldn’t ask for a more centrally located apartment if you want to enjoy & explore Dublin City Centre. The apartment is beautiful. Very cosy and stylish with lovely views of the Dublin Castle entrance. Very clean apartment and quite private. I would highly recommend this booking to others.
Couldn’t not fault sadia and dee’s place if I tried. Perfect and Definitely up to hotel standard. Think of it as a mini suite in any 5 star hotel in the country and your on the right track. Check in and out went seamlessly and communication was prompt and exact. I Will be staying in one of their places again and that’s a certainty.
I would highly recommend Sadia & Dee’s apartment, its in an amazing location, near everything in the city centre, definitely an amazing and stunning apartment, excellent value for money and I’ll definitely be staying again.
Location, location and sparkling clean, modern unit in the old building. Comfortable bed, very good shower with hot water and good pressure (hard to find in Dublin!). Kitchen has basic amenities and an espresso machine! No complaints, would definitely return. Pizza downstairs is excellent. In this pandemic was especially important to find a clean place. Clean and cozy.
